Apple Cinnamon Fall Refresher

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup spiced apple cider (I get mine from Trader Joe's)
  • 1 cup coconut water (I used Nature's Greatest Foods organic coconut water)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • dash of pink himalayan sea salt (or celtic sea salt)
  • juice from 2 small lemons (about 2 oz)

RECIPE

  1. Add ice into a mason jar.
  2. Add all ingredients into the mason jar and put the lid on.
  3. Shake well!
  4. Enjoy.
